SUMMER FITNESS BOOTCAMP


The Fitness Connection boot camp is an outdoor group training program designed to meet anyone's fitness needs and goals by offering challenging yet fun workouts. These camps are led by professional fitness coaches who are highly motivating and encouraging. Since these camps are held at specific times and days, and at various Fitness Connection facilities, participants can choose the class that works best for their schedule. Classes are open for any fitness level and both male and female. Boot camp participation is open to members and non members alike.

North Hills
6:00 am, 7:15am, 9:30 am
and 6:00 pm

Pleasant Valley
6:00 am, 9:30 am
6:00, 7:15 pm

RTP
6:00 am, Noon and 6:00 pm

Cary
6:00 am, 9:30 am
and 6:00 pm

Greenville
6:00 am, 9:30 am
and 6:00 pm

Monday/Wednesday/Friday:
